These replacement hull sleeves can be installed by the user when the original sleeve is worn or damaged. Surface discoloration may be cleaned using only the methods listed in the maintenance guide. Replace the sleeve if it is cut, loose, excessively worn, or physically damaged.
These 3/4" Diameter thin-wall polyolefin heat-shrink tubing sections can be installed with a hot air gun (or small oven that is no longer used for food preparation) or even a lighter if done carefully. Once shrunk onto the hull, excess material is easily trimmed with a razor blade (not included).
Keep heat away from blanks, projectiles, ammunition, flammable materials, and the firearm. Allow the assembly to cool fully before trimming or handling.
