Important

Ram-Shell products are intended for lawful use in controlled training or testing environments. The purchaser is responsible for safe handling, proper use, and compliance with all applicable laws and training standards.

Training & Safety

Products may include inert components intended for training applications.
Any modification, assembly, handling, storage, or use is outside the manufacturer’s control.
Always follow recognized safety practices, applicable local laws, and training protocols.
Keep out of reach of children and unauthorized persons.

Assumption of Risk & Hold Harmless

By purchasing or using these products, you acknowledge that training activities can involve risk. You agree that you are solely responsible for safe handling and use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solveering™ LLC and Ram-Shell from claims arising from misuse, unsafe handling, modification, or unlawful use.

Limited Warranty

We warrant that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use for 30 days from delivery.

This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, modification, improper storage, accidents, unauthorized repair, or normal wear. Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our option.

Returns & Order Issues

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can make it right.
For non-defective returns, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Damage occurring during return transit may reduce or eliminate the available refund.
Custom orders are non-returnable.

Shipping & Processing

Processing and shipping times may vary based on order volume and inventory status. Backordered items may require additional lead time. We will ship orders as quickly as reasonably possible. If an order is time sensitive, please contact us prior to making a purchase as we may not be able to meet your deadlines. Large orders may be partially filled, as appropriate.

Privacy

We use customer information to process orders, provide support, and improve the site. We never sell customer personal information. Payment processing is handled through third-party providers (e.g., PayPal) and is subject to their privacy policies.
