A unique product, the .410 Bore Ram-Shell is a training cartridge designed to propell between one and five 8mm plastic ball projectiles.
Made from a single bar of aircraft-grade 6061-T6511 aluminum and CNC machined to precision tolerances, the .410 Bore Ram-Shell has a shortened length of 54mm (2-1/8") which
allows it to be fired from magazine fed AR-15 Uppers (though it will not cycle the semi-auto action).
The hard anodizing layer helps maintain durability and reduces friction. By using commonly available 8mm plastic ball bearings, a projectile very similar to the 0-Buckshot (larger than #1 Buckshot) size is used and up to five can be loaded into a single hull.
Due to the light projectiles, it is recommended that Level 2 charges are used (1200 ft/s have been recorded). It is capable of using Level 3 and 4, but use of Level 2 charges has been found to provide the best long term performance.

IMPORTANT: Due to the very thin wall between the charge and barrel, it is strongly recommended that Level 2 charges be used only.
There is an active development ongoing to better evaluate this but it has been reported that in .410/.45LC firearms the hull can crack
when using higher power charges (this has not been observed in .410 bore firearms). This generally does not constitute a danger to the user but limits re-use.
For this reason, the current batch is on sale until a replacement design option can be implemented (Notice date: Oct. 2, '26)
